hatefnobari.com is run by Hatef Nobari (HFNHQ), Istanbul, Türkiye. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information only, no binding offer

The content of this site describes services in general terms. It is not a binding offer. A project starts only when both sides accept a written proposal or agreement, and that document sets the scope, price, payment, ownership of the work and confidentiality.

3. Simulations and calculator

The live simulations use sample data, and the savings calculator gives a rough estimate based on the numbers you enter. Neither is a promise of a specific result. Real results depend on your processes and are assessed in a discovery call.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, design, graphics, videos and other content of this site belong to Hatef Nobari (HFNHQ) or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written consent. Names and trademarks of third parties belong to their owners. The site uses open-source software, including three.js (MIT licence) and the Geist typeface (SIL Open Font Licence).

Links to other sites, such as YouTube, Instagram or TikTok, are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are their own responsibility.

6. Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. Care is taken to keep it accurate and available, but there may be errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, there is no liability for indirect damage arising from use of the site. Mandatory legal rights, including consumer rights, are not affected.
